TinderBox Inc. is an American technology company that offers a cloud-based sales productivity suite powering contracts, proposals and presentations for sales organizations. The company has raised $12.1 million in funding since its inception in 2010. TinderBox was founded in January 2010 in Indianapolis, Indiana by Dustin Sapp, Kristian Andersen, and Mike Fitzgerald as a company specializing in providing sales technology for salespeople. The company's initial seed round for $2.1 million was funded by FundersClub and local investors. TinderBox was the first company outside of Silicon Valley to secure funding via FundersClub. An additional $3 million in funding was raised in 2014 from Allos Ventures, which was followed by a $7M round in October 2015 from Greycroft Partners.
